Our Owner and CEO

Race Mechanical Systems Inc. is run by the same person who established the company in 1983. Our owner and CEO, Terrence W. Timmins, has an undeniable passion for the HVACR industry and enjoys the challenge of providing exceptional maintenance and repair services that are unmatched in the marketplace. To this day, Terrence continues to work with hands-on involvement in the field, and in weekly operations at Race Mechanical.
